I like to present my solution for a spraying problem
which I came across by one of my customers.

Therefore I “invented” a new kind of spraybody.

Description:

stainless steel 303/ 316 spraybody for
            using  with low flow rate nozzle or
            nozzle with air atomizing external mix

Size:

            D = 45 mm   L = 55 mm

            Conn. size 1/8 G

            Nozzle 3/8 24 UNF or G 1/8”

Properties:

            -body durable / service free for many years

            -no seals required

            -liquid and air are completely separated

            -shut-off and clean-out capabilities (needle)

            -air and water shut-off possibilities

            -no moving parts

            -regular nozzle

-air atomizing nozzle with
             external mix  liquid / air
            -exchangeable G-1/8  3/8 – 24 UNF nozzle
